A beautiful serving dish in the shape of a tray made of fine porcelain, dating from the second half of the 19th century. It features a very lovely hand-painted floral decoration in the centre, a moulded relief border imitating wickerwork, highlighted with a golden line, and handles shaped like plant branches. There is a blue star mark painted under the glaze on the reverse. Overall, it is in beautiful aesthetic condition with a superb shine. Note that there are some losses and typical wear from time on these fragile pieces (small chips on some petals and a cut end of a stem - see detailed photos). The visual impact in a display case or as decoration remains magnificent. Dimensions. Length 30cm. Width 24.5cm. Height 6.5cm. Antique objects may show signs of age; they are not perfect, which adds to their charm. All items are carefully packed and protected at the time of shipping.
