Charming pitcher-shaped vase in flamed ceramic in soft and trendy pastel colors, blue, gray, caramel on an off-white base. It is a creation of the rhodaceram workshop (1957 - 1987) in Saint-Uze in the Drôme which dates back to the 60s. Once you know this, you can decipher the rhoda underneath as well as the model number 173. Ceramics with this type of decoration were then sold under the name of "cloud stoneware". It has a very pretty shape, fine, slender with very harmonious proportions which, added to its colors evoking the sky and the clouds, make it almost airy. It is in good condition for its age, no chips or chips, the only defect is a fine crack still well joined, not very visible, on the enamel, on the body of the pitcher at the level of the tightening (see last photo). But this does not prevent me from putting water in it for some flowers, because on the one hand the crack seems to me to be only on the surface (I tested, no leak) and on the other hand, the water level can easily remain below. This pitcher is 27 cm high, about 12 cm wider and 10 cm in diameter.
