Ercol Studio Couch 1950s

A classic 1960s ercol studio couch/day bed - a vintage frame that has been fully refurbished with new webbing and cushions covered in a dark grey/ charcoal fabric. A beautifully made piece of furniture in good vintage condition with age related wear. Elm back panel with a beech frame. The back panel can be unscrewed for transportation if necessary. Condition: this 60 year old studio couch/day bed frame is in good vintage condition with some signs of use and wear but in great condition. (no major damage or splits in the wood) The frame is strong and sturdy with no loose joints. The original webbing has been replaced with new webbing. The cushions are all in good clean condition having only been used as an occasional sofa. Colour: 'golden dawn' Approx. Measurements: width: 209 cm. Depth: 65 cm. Height: 75 cm.
