Gispen deckchair 404

Very rare gispen chair with stool. Type 404 deckchair: originally designed for the passenger ship ss nieuw amsterdam of the holland america line, but briefly put back into production in the nineties. Original by willem hendrik gispen from 1936. Armchair and stool: chrome-plated tubular steel frame with braided plastic seat. The armchair also has the original, fabric cushion from dutch originals. Dimensions: height 83 cm. Beam 60. Depth 100. Seat height 35.
