Vintage french art deco

French art deco table lamp featuring a bronzed effect spelter swan with open wings. The lamp features a heavy rectangle brown veined marble base with a bronzed effect spelter swan with open wings. The ball shade is a green clichy glass which gives off a warm inviting glow when lit. It sits on a bronze metal shade holder with spring clips to hold the shade in place.the lamp is in good vintage condition with no cracks in the marble just a few minor nibbles around the edge. The shade is complete and free from chips or cracks; the lamp is working with its origianl french braided wiring which has some fraying, white on/off switch on the base of the lamp and original bakelite 2 pin european plug. It takes a b22 bayonet bulb. All of the items we sell are second hand/vintage/antique and used, so please check the photos before purchasing as these form part of the description.
