C2639 this small pair of vases was made by camille gauthier.il is most likely a copy from the short glass production of camille gauthier (1870-1963), famous cabinetmaker of the art nouveau art deco era. They are clear with acid and enhanced with a nice little mount on the top and bottom. Forest décor with a shepherd and herd on a pretty orange red background. No accidents to report, the top strap is removed, the tracks on the under are in the mass, you will notice that the attachment seal of the base is crumbling. For the state thank you for detailing the photos. Don't hesitate to zoom in. Camille gauthier is a furniture designer born on september 3, 1870 in norroy-lès-pont-à-mousson and died in 1963 in montricoux. Gauthier is better known as a cabinetmaker but had a short glass production: multi-layered glass, opaline vases, engraved or un engraved enamels, decorated with flowers or landscapes, sometimes animated by characters. Height: 13.5 cm. Neck diameter: 4 cm. Base diameter: 5 cm.
