Art Deco Bayard fireplace clock

Pendulum that sat on my great-aunt's chest of drawers... Dating back to the 30s and bayard because our family is from seine-maritime... The clock no longer works. A slight lack on the base (see last photo). Pink marble for the base and the 2 swans are, I suppose, brass?.
