Buffet

I took this 70's display cabinet and completely changed its original use and appearance. The cabinet is solid and sounds great, the key opens both doors easily, no gluing! I sanded the piece then applied a soft pink undercoat then built up the finishing coats with different shades of sage green and punished with light and dark wax. I added 3 shelves in a contrasting mahogany color. The small dents and worm holes are aesthetic, I did this to age the piece. The cabinet now has a new lease on life, a rather handsome crockery display cabinet that would look stunning in any country kitchen, a timeless classic look. The piece is stable in excellent condition and fully finished ready to be dressed with crockery, glassware or pretty accessories! Gorgeous!.
