Alabaster Table Lamp Base

Period: ca. 1940s-1960s this is an elegant white alabaster table lamp base in the shape of a neoclassical urn with crests. It rests on a square marble base and has nicely carved friezes in several places. The lampshade is not for sale (too stained). The socket has a type c plug (2 pin without ground). The lamp works. Condition: sold without lampshade. Some small discreet marks of use. Dimensions: 38 cm high with socket, base 10.3 X 10.3 cm, 2.3 kg.
