Vintage canvas and leather suitcase, 1950

This splendid and authentic suitcase dates from the 1950s. (diaries from 1953 have been found inside): it is steeped in history and evokes long journeys since the name of its former owner appears on the travel label "markgräfin von meissen" (countess of meissen). This suitcase, steeped in history, belonged to a descendant of this family from the duchy of meissen in the province of saxony in germany. Despite some signs of wear on the leather and on the canvas, it is in perfect condition. Very stable, it can be used in car or decoration.
