Old English soup tureen The Pearson Pottery

Beautiful english tureen from the pearson pottery hanley. Daisy model - late 19th century - early 20th century - with delicate monochrome chocolate brown floral decoration. Its rectangular shape is original. In good condition, one of the handles has been glued back on. It dates from a time when objects were taken care of; broken objects were not thrown away but repaired and preserved. A beautiful piece of charm in decoration, it can also be used as a pot for hyacinths for example or other floral creation.
