Antique teapot by Franz Anton Mehlem (Royal Bonn), Germany, circa 1920-1930. An elegant yellow glazed earthenware jug, complete with its original pewter filter lid. Its filtration system allows for the preparation of tea or infusions by placing the leaves directly in the teapot, which will be retained by the filter when serving. At Les Chines de Jeanne, we fell in love with everything: its look, its colour, and its filtration system!
