Dresser in merisier blond, Louis XV style mid-20th

Louis XV style merisier blond, with moulded edges and accolade cut at the front. This piece of furniture opens with three drawers of identical depths, arranged in three rows, and assembled in tails of arondes. Their facades are hectic, like the plateau that overlooks them. Each of these drawers has a fictitious lock entry and two bronze rocaille-spirited draw handles. The low ties of this commodus are whirled and its sides are composed of flat panels. The set rests on two front feet finished in snails and two straight back feet. This commodity, full of simplicity in the positive sense of the word, will be particularly appreciated for the pretty honey hue of its merisier. ******** Period: mid-20th century.
