Water glass Baccarat early 20th century

Exceptional antique Baccarat crystal water glass dating from the early 20th century, produced before 1936. The elegantly proportioned bowl is richly decorated with finely engraved botanical motifs, including graceful flowering branches, textured leaves and delicate clusters of berries. The decoration is further distinguished by an elegant engraved monogram featuring the letter “A”, giving the goblet an individual character and enhancing its decorative and collectible appeal. The bowl is supported by a finely shaped baluster stem with moulded architectural details and rests upon a broad, substantial circular foot. The exceptionally clear crystal beautifully captures and refracts the light, revealing the remarkable precision of the engraving. Preserved in excellent antique condition, with beautifully clear crystal and no chips, cracks or cloudiness. Height — 15.3 cm. Top diameter — 8 cm. Base diameter — 7.6 cm.
