Small carved wooden floor lamp with oval shade

Vintage lamp, solid carved wood base, printed lampshade, found in alsace and updated in my strasbourg workshop. Table lamp, solid wood base. Beautiful "honey" stain. Estimated period of origin: 1980s-1990s origin: france style: it is a piece that is at once sober, artistic and poetic, which could be classified in a register of author or artisanal design. The solid wood with a smooth finish and a simple curve evokes the organic and minimalist design of the 80s-90s. This round and soft, almost sculptural shape, recalls certain japanese or nordic decorative objects of the same period, where the work of natural wood was central. Refurbished oval lampshade, geometric printed linen.
