This high and modernist armchair was made by the Swedish manufacturer Bröderna Anderssons in the 1960s. The chair has a rare shape with a rounded teak wood frame. The armrests create a frame around the entire backrest, giving it a unique character. The high and slightly inclined backrest enhances user comfort. The backrest and seat are covered in high-quality white boucle fabric, which features a thick and distinct weave. The aesthetic essence of the design and Scandinavian craftsmanship creates an extraordinary design at the highest level. Bröderna Anderssons is a family business founded in 1946 by three brothers: Sven, Inge, and Max Andersson. What characterises the Bröderna Anderssons tradition more than anything is Swedish quality, craftsmanship, and pride in creating each piece of furniture. The secret to these artisans' success lies in traditional craftsmanship. At Bröderna Anderssons, the entire production chain is maintained in-house. From the selection of wood types to the final stitching, including our own frame manufacturing. The armchair is in very good vintage condition. Upholstered. The seat height is 42 cm. The colours of the products shown in the photos may differ slightly from the actual ones. This is due to individual monitor settings and lighting conditions – the photos were taken in artificial light, which may affect the perception of colours. However, we strive to ensure that the photos reflect the actual appearance of the product as faithfully as possible. The offer may include photos of the item in a living space, but these are for illustrative purposes only.
