Pot-bellied, art deco vase in speckled ruby red multi-layered glass, white interior

Magnificent pot-bellied vase in multi-layered glass. Ruby red speckled with small black and dark red dots on the bottom, white interior. Art deco period and style, 20s/30s. A manufacturing defect like a "scratch", It is not a crack or a shock (see last photo). The vase is in perfect condition with a superb color that makes it very decorative and can be combined with any style. Height: 19.5cm width: 23cm neck diameter: 9.3cm.
