Danish King chair by Arne Hovmand-Olsen for Onsild - Jutex, 1950s

Danish King chair designed by Arne Hovmand-Olsen in the 1950s. It was manufactured by Onsild Møbelfabrik for Jutex. This beautiful chair with its organic design is a stunning example of refined Danish mid-century design. The beautifully shaped armrests flow as one continuous whole around the backrest, while the back visually detaches from the frame. The subtle brass details enhance the chair's light and refined character. The chair is in very beautiful vintage condition and was recently reupholstered by a craftsman with high-quality leather. As a result, this beautiful piece of furniture is once again ready for decades of use.
