ARKO Lady Model Office by B.B.P.R, Olivetti Synthesis, 60s

Office lady model "arco" created by the famous italian architecture firm, bbpr. It was designed in the 1950s to meet the needs of women in a professional world then largely dominated by men. With its small dimensions, elegant curves and ergonomic design, it is easy to place in any decoration. The black lacquered metal skeleton base houses a bakelite top and a four-drawer storage box. Marked under the board and under the feet: "olivetti arredamenti metallici". Edition: olivetti synthesis, circa 1960. Vintage, good condition with some traces of use.
