Non-rotating, does not rotate. 5 feet in chrome metal and brushed aluminum. No casters. White/grey molded fiberglass back shell with comfortable red-brown textile cushions that show minimal signs of wear. Backrest equipped with a suspension at the rear. High-end manufacturing: very comfortable, stable and solid chair. Condition: shows signs of use and wear: slightly damaged fabric (2 small tiny holes), scratches and lack of shine of the base, scratched black plastic part, back marked with hollow stripes.
