High square vase in heavy sandstone, from the 1960s, signed by the ceramist raymonde leduc (1929-2019), from vallauris (france). Daughter of the vallauris ceramist louis giraud, she created her own workshop in vallauris in 1960. Like capron, she used the herbarium technique, which consisted of embedding plants in fresh ceramics, thus creating delicate reliefs. The exterior, smooth to the touch, is in shades of ocher beige and yellow. The interior is brown in color. Absolutely perfect condition. A sure value, worth discovering. H 20cm l 7.5cm X 7.5cm weight 900gr.
