Large Crucifix with stoup in Oak and Brass - Old (1920) - French - Antique

Magnificent and large crucifix with holy water font. Height: 34.8 cm / width: 17.4 cm heavy: 570 gr the cross is made of oak with brass inserts. All oxidation has been removed at miror. The wood has been nourished and polished with beeswax. The body of christ and the inri parchment are in golden regula. It is slightly worn in places having been, over the years, very often venerated. This magnificent religious object thus presents beautiful traces of a genuine patina which make it even more desirable. The items I sell are second-hand, old, vintage. They may carry some scars from their history and past life. The photos are an integral part of the description. Note that the colors may differ somewhat depending on the exposure during the photo.
