Duo of 50s Scandinavian style bar chairs

This duo of dining room chairs dates from the 1950s. In solid beech, their design is clearly inspired by the models created by charles ramos. We like their wide backrest, with the curved shape of the frame and the inverted trapezoid bars which are a bit reminiscent of a harp. The space left on both sides adds transparency and lightness to the file. The large, comfortable padded seats are made of empire green velvet which appears lighter depending on where you look at them. We cleaned them with terre de sommières. One of them has a lighter part (see photo) but it is not a stain, it seems to be due to wear of the velvet. Despite the marks of time, they remain very beautiful and their scandinavian spirit is effective. Price for set of 2 chairs.
