Large Mid-Century Modern French Ceramic Sunflower Plate - 1950s-1960s - Grottes de Dieulefit

This beautiful mid-century modern ceramic plate was made by the poterie les grottes in the town of dieulefit in drôme, a department in southeast france. With its yellow glaze and texture, it is a very stylish piece that looks great as a decorative plate or hanging on the wall, resembling a sunflower. It is signed 'les grottes dieulefit'. It is in good vintage condition with a minor imperfection and a minuscule chip in the centre (as seen in the close-up pictures). Approximate size: diameter 39 cm X height 7, 5 cm.
