Large Murano Glass Poliedri Wall Sconces, Set of 2, 1980s Italian Vintage A striking pair of large Italian Murano glass wall sconces dating from the 1980s, featuring sculptural geometric Poliedri elements in a beautiful combination of clear glass and delicate pink hues. Each wall light comprises 36 individual Murano glass elements arranged in a dramatic cascading composition. The faceted polygonal shapes create a distinctive architectural effect, reflecting and refracting light beautifully while adding texture and depth to the design. The glass elements are mounted on original white-painted metal frames with projecting arms and brass-tone details. Their bold geometric silhouette and contrasting materials make them characteristic of the expressive Italian lighting design of the 1980s.
