Silver metal basket from the goldsmith Roux Marquiand

Basket on pedestal signed with the r*m 12 hallmark of the roux marquiand goldsmith which is a Lyon house created in 1856; This goldsmith's work supplied prestigious restaurants, the Ritz de Paris, and also private addresses such as the presidency of the republic and embassies. Very good condition, with minimal signs of wear, particularly on the bottom, which does not detract from the beauty of this piece.
