BR03 three-seater bed sofa by Martin Visser for 't Spectrum, The Netherlands 1960's

This stunning three-seater bed sofa was designed by Martin Visser in 1958 and introduced in may 1960 by 'T Spectrum. This sofa was originally produced with a square tube frame in black as br03, or in chrome as br53. Documented in the catalogue of 'T Spectrum, page 71, no. 95. This sofa has been completely renovated by a professional upholsterer. New webbing, new foam and a fantastic night blue fabric (randers 20/44 by de ploeg) that really completes this sofa. Obviously all is in a very good condition with only some signs of age and use to the metal frame. Seat height: 49 cm.
