Sarreguemines office inkwell late nineteenth

Superb heavy inkwell and more than a hundred years old that supplied offices, notary offices, administrations or shops, etc. Can make a nice paper press, a trombone receptacle, as it can also find its place on a bedside table to collect in the evening rings or earrings, Or in a small guest bathroom for various paraphernalia, mini-soap, cotton swab... It comes from the "archives" of the sarreguemines digoin factory (the models for manufacturing references) and was therefore never used since it served as a reference for sale and manufacture. A small old restoration was made on the edge, probably because no order had justified taking out the molds to remake a series, but it was necessary to keep a model of the object. The originality of the piece also lies in the fact that it is full, so quite heavy and very stable.
