Description
Bouillon with floral pattern "bleus de saint-uze", between 1880 and 1900. Stamp to identify under the broth, hollow marking 0 and what looks like a bass clef. For the condition, hair and small traces of heat on the edge. Stock dimensions: height: 12.5 cm width from handle to handle: 16.5 cm base diameter: 11 cm. Weight: 782 gr rubber stamps were used in saint-uze from 1875-1880. These stamps are used for applying decorations printed using cobalt under a transparent cover. “bleus de saint-uze”, sold as “printed fire porcelain”. The decoration is only brown until 1880.
