Chest of drawers

Chest of drawers made in the françois daïdé workshops in revel. This chest of drawers is a copy of the chest of drawers made by georges schlitig (who died in 1782 and became a master in 1765) for marie antoinette's apartment in versailles in the 18th century. This magnificent chest of drawers has three drawers, two of which are without crosspieces, as well as the initials ma in a cartouche on the upright (with marie antoinette's numbers). This chest of drawers bears an iron mark of the daïdé françois house in revel, as well as a delivery label on the back for the owner.
