Vintage children's chairs

A set of four vintage stackable childrens' school chairs in tubular metal and bent plywood. Sturdy and versatile and showing characterful signs of wear and use, the chairs were originally used in a classroom, hall or dining room. Highly practical, the space- saving chairs could now be used in the kitchen, outside in a sheltered area, or in a commercial or industrial setting. Sourced in brussels and in original, untouched, unrestored condition, with surface scratches and crazing to varnish from years of use. Seat height from floor = 35cm.
