17th century French painting, Adoration of the Shepherds

Cod 11230 antique French painting from the late 17th century. Oil on canvas, early canvas, work depicting a sacred art subject, the adoration of the shepherds, of good pictorial quality. Large and impactful painting adorned with a non-contemporary frame in wood and plaster, from the 19th century, carved and gilded. Painting that develops horizontally, of pleasant proportions, characterized by vivid colors. Painting that has undergone some small conservative restoration work over time with the application of three patches visible on the back of the canvas. Painting overall in good condition and with a beautiful patina. Internal dimensions h 95.5 X l 132 cm.
