DSX chair by Charles & Ray Eames for Herman Miller, 1960

Rare dsx side chair model by charles & ray eames produced by herman miller in the 1960s (1959 to 1972. This one is presented in a version with a very beautiful original orange and ecru chevron covering. Be careful, a small hole fabric is present at the seat (see photos). The base is chrome and the ecru seat shell is made of polyester resin and fiberglass. The shell has some normal scratches due to its age but no major defects . The base is impeccable and has the original glides. The foam is also in very good condition. The chairs are signed Herman Miller and Furniture International under the shell. History: designed by Charles & Ray Eames in the 1950s, the particular lines and the innovative material of these chairs have marked the history of design. In this orange chevron version, these chairs have not aged a bit... comfort, remarkable design and pop color, the eames dsx chair by herman miller is a safe value.
