Vintage Le Corbusier LC4 chaise longue for Cassina, 1960s

Mid century lc4 chaise longue designed in 1928 by le corbusier, pierre jeanneret and charlotte perriand. This one is a 1960s cassina edition (original label and engraved serial number) Serial no 17401. The elegant design and the use of tubular steel chrome make this chair timeless. The chair rests on a black lacquered frame and can be positioned in various ways (more flat or upright) This particular chair has its original ponyhide upholstery. The chair has its original leather straps as well. The upholstery is also very good, with some very minor user traces.
