Béranger bronze plaque after David d'Angers antique

Hello, I am selling the stunning bronze plaque shown in the attachment. This is a representation of the musician/singer Pierre Jean de Béranger (1780-1857), based on a work by the sculptor David d'Angers (1788-1856). The plate measures approximately 24.5cm in height and 10.5cm in width, production from the end of the 19th / beginning of the 20th centuries. It is in good general condition, traces of use and scratches, inscription "I only flattered misfortune".
