A beautiful piece, this designer chair boasts Scandinavian lines but was made in Italy by the manufacturer Gessef Consorzio Sedie Friuli in the 1960s. It's exceptionally sturdy and has a lovely patina. Note the four or five small old woodworm holes, which are no longer present. The caning is in perfect, original condition. Its elegant lines will enhance a desk, a bedroom corner, or any other space. The epitome of understated elegance!
