Pirouet art deco lamp

Articulated table lamp from pirouett, large 'living room' model. In chrome-plated brass, and green and white opaline glasses, this model was created in 1938. Ingenious and beautiful, this lamp consists of a base with a shaft in which the arm holding the opaline projector slides to adjust the height and can be tilted at the desired angle. Its four-sided projector also orients front to back and tilts slightly to the sides. A lighting fixture that has a personality, a presence, all restrained as the art deco period knew how to do so well. Its cast iron base provides perfect stability, especially when changing positions. The condition of the whole and the chrome is remarkable, no dents or visible defects dimensions: height from 40 cm to 55 cm lampshade: w22.5xd16 cm diameter of the base 16cm.
