Description
Period: ca. 1920-1940. This art deco glass perfume atomizer is made of amber glass. The body is adorned with a frieze of stylized bay leaves. Gold stripes decorate the shoulder. The gold metal vaporizer part is complete, the inner tube is present and a new beige-green atomizer bulb has been added; It works. The glass is hand-blown and has a slightly yellow color that adds a warm tint to the frosted parts. This type of glassware is typical of Belgian art deco glass manufacturers such as de rupel (boom glass) or laeken. Condition: Very good. No damage. The gold stripes have minimal thinning. The gold-plated metal knob is very slightly oxidized (see photo). Dimensions: 9.5 cm high, 13 cm diameter, 0.220 kg.
