Sideboard

Cardin is a very pretty high sideboard, with its bright shade of teak and its spindle legs. Cardin was entrusted to me by the grandson of his former owner, who had gone to a retirement home. He was happy to know that this piece of furniture that he had known so well would be able to start a new life with another family. Cardin was very damaged by the decades he lived through. An essentially aesthetic renovation was carried out to restore its splendor! The bottom of the cabinet has been entirely covered with vintage-style wallpaper, as well as the bottom of the 3 drawers. Peacock blue paint was applied to the sides and top of the furniture, on 3 door fronts, as well as on the inside of the flap door. The thin decorative metal border located along the entire length of the upper part of the furniture has been slightly hammered by the hazards of its past life (see last photo). This remains very discreet and further reinforces cardin's charm. Cardin will be delivered assembled, its weight is between 80 to 100 kg.
