Pair of bedside tables by Pierre Guariche, circa 1968

This pair of bedside tables which can also be used as stools, designed by Pierre Guariche, are characteristic of the designer's work to furnish the apartments in La Plagne and Bandol. They were made from U-shaped bent plywood, covered in a white laminate, and feature a wood veneered spacer. Provenance: La Plagne, ski resort to which Guariche contributed greatly in the 1960s.
