Pair of bronze medaillons early XXth

A pair of circular bronze medallions with brown patina depicting albert 1st and elisabeth. Signed léon vogelaar, workshop "rey frères" in 1915. Edited for the benefit of the support and food committee during the 1914-1918 war. Some scratches on the patina. Period: early twentieth century. Diameter with frame 18.5 cm, excluding frame 15 cm, weight 550 g/ piece. Ref adequantik 2205212. Léon vogelaar (1875-1946), belgian sculptor born in liège. Trained at the academy of brussels, he created portraits, busts, statues, monuments and medals.
