Here is a set of 2 pretty stoneware cups with a simple but harmonious shape. They are made of Puisaye stoneware with a very pretty enamel combining soft and comforting tones: beige, caramel and chocolate, a material and colors typical of the 70s. A beautiful craft work by the potter Jean-Pierre Prud'Homme. They are not signed because Jean-Pierre Prud'Homme did not sign all the pieces, especially the smallest ones when they were part of a service, but given the aesthetics, I have no doubt. In addition, these cups were accompanied by other pieces that are signed (JP monogram), including a water butter dish that I also offer here. Jean-Pierre Prud'Homme founded a craft pottery workshop with his wife in 1971 in Monnaie, working with clay from the Nièvre (Puisaye stoneware). This workshop still exists today (atelier au grès du vent), it is run by his son Benoît Prud'homme who took over in the 1990s-2000s and also creates very beautiful ceramics. These cups date from the 70s and are in perfect condition, no defects to report. They measure 10 cm in diameter, 13 cm in width including the handle for a height of 5 cm.
