Art Deco leather club chair

I am selling this Art Deco club chair from the Normandy hotel in Deauville (before its renovation in the 1990s). I have completely restored it. It is in excellent condition regarding the seat. There are some signs of wear on the legs and slight marks on the right side (see photos) that will come off with polishing. Please feel free to contact me for more details.
