Magnificent pair of 2 vintage french louis XV marquetry and marble top nightstands from the 70s. Exellent cabinetmaker work - drawer decoration - marquetry made with floral inlay work. Equipped with 1 and 3 drawers decorated with bronze handles and ormolu decoration. Opped with sienna marble that has been contoured and beveled to follow the shape of the casework below, each features subtly bowed sides and a bowed front. This pair stands on slender cabriole legs, which are finished with a continuous bronze ormolu decoration at the front. 2 pretty unique pieces - they will make a timeless style statement to your bedroom, But also make great choices as side tables against the wall of your living.
