Antique Longchamp plates – “Tulips” model – 1950s-1960s

Charming set of 4 antique plates in fine earthenware from the famous longchamp factory (côte-d'or), "tulips" decor. Each piece is decorated with a hand-painted floral motif, representing a large stylized tulip in warm tones (orange, purple, plum) on a cream background. The wavy edge is highlighted with a fine brown line. Only one plate has a slightly different pattern from the other three. A rare model, typical of the 1950s-60s, combining rustic simplicity and refined craftsmanship. The decoration, slightly different from one plate to another, testifies to mass-produced handwork. Stamped longchamp. In excellent vintage condition: no chips, very slight signs of age, small decorative defects that you will see in the photos. Perfect for setting a pretty spring table or completing a collection of french earthenware. Diameter: 25.5 cm.
