Early Edition CH24 Wishbone Y-Chairs by Hans J. Wegner for Carl Hansen & Søn, Denmark 1950s

The model CH24 Wishbone chair was designed by Hans J. Wegner for Carl Hansen & Søn in 1949. This high-quality set of 6 chairs is from the early edition, manufactured in Denmark during the early 1950s. These chairs are made from bent beech with a clear lacquered finish. This rare version is out of production. The chairs feature the original hand-woven seats of paper cord with bentwood back rests. The set of Danish design classics is in very good and all original condition with slight traces of use. - Seat Height: 43 cm
