Vintage slip planter with Toucan decoration

Imposing majolica-type slip planter decorated with a large colorful toucan resting on a branch. The edges painted green to imitate bamboo. Mark on the reverse "hand painted portugal" (hand painted and made in portugal) there is a tiny chip on the cover on the upper edge and on the tail of the toucan, as well as a long hair on the bottom of the pot, visible on photos. Good general condition otherwise. A rare decorative piece. Dimensions: h24cm X d30cm toucan height 33cm.
