Scandinavian table lamp in glass, wood and brass 1960 Nybro Armaturfabrik

Elegant 1960s Scandinavian table lamp, attributed to Nybro Armaturfabrik (ANF), Sweden. The lamp rests on an imposing triangular base with rounded corners made of transparent solid glass with a slight aqua tint, particularly visible in the thickness of the glass. The shaft consists of two turned and sculpted wooden elements, separated and highlighted by decorative brass rings. The combination of slightly tinted thick glass, warm-toned wood, and brass is characteristic of Scandinavian design from this period. The solid glass base gives the whole piece a particularly interesting presence while maintaining a great visual lightness. The lamp is offered with a new cylindrical lampshade in off-white, chosen to respect the proportions and simplicity of the original model. Sold individually with its new lampshade.
