Silver-plated double salver, 19th century, Napoleon III

Elegant double salt cellar from the late 19th century, combining a solid silver frame with beautiful engraved glassware. The two glass bowls feature a delicate decoration of vine leaves and grape clusters, highlighted by a lovely scalloped edge. They are joined by a central solid silver handle with flowing lines, inspired by the Louis XV style and characteristic of the Napoléon III taste. The frame is stamped with the Minerva mark, guaranteeing solid silver (950/1000). The master hallmark is also present. A refined piece that will naturally find its place on a beautiful table, in a collection of silverware, or as a decorative object. Condition.
