Georges Mathias brass mosaic coffee table 1970

Superb unique round belgian coffee table signed by georges mathias produced in the late 1970s. The table features a magnificent mosaic top of paved mirror polished brass plates, surrounded by a brass rim with a signed plate. It rests on a large round central foot also in brass. The tray appears to float above the base. The table has been completely restored and repolished, and is in very good vintage condition. A major piece, very decorative, in the pure belgian style of the 70s, which will undoubtedly be the central piece of the living room.
